The next generation of engineering

3D printing for polymer applications offers numerous advantages, including enhanced flexibility in part design and manufacturing, rapid prototyping, and efficient small batch production.

Compared to traditional methods like injection molding, polymer 3D printing allows the creation of complex geometries and shapes that were previously impossible or difficult to achieve.

Special processes for
polymer 3D printing

At naddcon, we have specialized in different 3D printing processes. Fused granular fabrication (FGF) technology provides a high degree of flexibility in material selection. Due to various build volumes – from laboratory scale to large format – polymer parts with fine surfaces can be manufactured.

The multi jet fusion (MJF) process enables higher productivity and improved accuracy in prototyping and small batch production.

Enhanced surface quality

The hybrid photosynthesis (HPS) process combines various technologies, allowing for the production of highly complex geometries and structures with optimized surface quality.

Digital light processing (DLP), a liquid resin-based 3D printing process, can be used to produce parts within a very short time.

Software-based processes

Our software solutions for design and data preparation ensure a seamless and transparent project workflow – from planning and prototyping to series production. For this purpose, we use special CAD programs and software to guarantee precise planning, implementation and top-quality parts during production.

Additionally, we offer post-processing equipment and measurement & testing services for comprehensive quality assurance.

Customized materials

Using a wide range of materials, we work with you to qualify new material systems tailored to your specific application. Our material selection includes various thermoplastics as well as photoreactive resins among others and is constantly being expanded to suit project requirements.

In post-processing, we also provide equipment for part cleaning and measurement & testing technology for quality assurance.
